Hello Everyone, Summer is the season for mangoes and so is for pickle in India. In India, people make mango pickle in big batch and store it for whole year. But when I make pickle I make it in small batches (1-2 ) mangoes at a time because raw mangoes are available all year round where I live. Here is simple and quick recipe for mango pickle (plain and sweet) 2 different ones with easiest recipe possible. Achar masala is available in almost all Indian grocery stores and it makes it so simple to make this pickle. I use olive oil so that I can enjoy it without worrying about calories.
